Role Description We are hiring a D1 Track Youth Mentor to work one-on-one with student-athletes over video, splitting your time evenly between academic guidance and sports mentorship. You are the steady adult in their day: sitting with them through their academic hours, holding the standard on focus and effort, and then using your Division I track experience to shape how they think about training, competition, and the life of a student-athlete. - Guide Students Through Their Academic Day: Meet with your students over video during their academic hours, keep them focused and on task, and help them move through their learning at pace. - Mentor Them as an Athlete: Use your Division I track background to talk with them about the mental game, training habits, what real recruiting looks like, and how to balance school with serious sport. - Build a Real Relationship: Be the steady, credible adult they look to for guidance, accountability, and honest feedback across both school and sport. - Support Their Learning: Help them navigate the learning platform, work through hard material, and build the study and time-management habits that carry them forward. - Reinforce Standards: Hold the line on effort, focus, and how they carry themselves. Give direct feedback when it is needed and give real praise when it is earned. - Communicate With Parents and Staff: Give parents and the academy clear, honest updates on how the student is doing academically, how they are showing up as an athlete, and what they need next. Qualifications - Division I Track Background: You competed in track at the Division I level. Your athletic experience is central to how you mentor, not a footnote on your resume. - Real Experience Working With Kids: You have worked with young people in a role where you were responsible for their focus, growth, or development. Coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp counseling, teaching, or similar hands-on work. - Judgment With Young Athletes: You know how to earn trust with a kid, hold the standard, give direct feedback, and read the room when something is off. - Strong Communicator: You are clear and steady on video, comfortable running a one-on-one session, and able to give parents and staff useful updates in writing. - Reliable and Organized: You show up on time, follow through, and keep track of what your student needs next. - Location and Setup: Remote (U.S.). Reliable internet and a quiet space you can run video sessions from. Bonus Points - Recent Graduate: You finished your college athletic career in the last few years and the student-athlete experience is fresh. - Coaching or Camp Experience: You have coached youth track, run a camp, or worked with kids in a structured athletic setting. - Teaching or Tutoring Background: You have taught, tutored, or led a classroom before. - Comfortable With Modern Tools: You are comfortable working across video, learning platforms, and messaging tools without much ramp-up. Pay $25/hour

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code. • Develop innovative ideas and solutions for complex operational and technical challenges. • Rapidly iterate on new and existing applications to enhance and extend capabilities while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle as part of a high performing Scrum team. • Partner with technology industry leaders (Facebook, Google, Palantir, Amazon, Adobe, Intel, etc.) and domestic and international law enforcement agencies to help detect and prevent child exploitation. • Function as a domain expert on information systems. • Assist in the review and refinement of software requirements. • Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements to existing business and IT processes that will increase operating efficiencies. • Assist in the evaluation of technical solutions for the Technology Division and provide detailed estimates to support the planning efforts of the operational divisions. • Participate in code reviews to ensure applications support existing architecture and framework guidelines and adhere to high quality coding standards. • Respond to and assist in the resolution of production issues as needed, with the rare occurrence of support required after hours. • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of highly sensitive material, information, and processes. • Work effectively with minimal supervision in an Agile environment while mentoring junior Engineers.

• Technical leader that will work with multiple teams on designing modern application architectures • Lead technical elaboration and technical design sessions to understand and refine requirements to be implemented • Demonstrate a strong interest in Generative AI and the ability to evaluate and apply emerging capabilities in a practical, responsible, and business-aligned manner • Collaborate with scrum team members during sprint planning and daily standups and share your accomplishments during sprint reviews • Provide constructive and honest feedback during code reviews and sprint retrospectives • Mentor senior software developers • Partner with Enterprise Architects to design our services

• Support CI/CD pipelines and release automation for SaaS applications, microservices, and containerized workloads. • Support developer and release tooling such as GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, and related CI/CD systems. • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot application builds across development, QA, and production environments. • Assist with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS-based deployments, environment health checks, configuration updates, and operational readiness activities. • Use Terraform to help provision and maintain cloud infrastructure in a consistent, repeatable, and reviewable way. • Write and maintain automation scripts in Groovy, Python, and Bash under guidance to reduce manual release, build, and environment-management work. • Work with development teams to understand build, deployment, and environment needs, then contribute to practical automation and process improvements. • Troubleshoot build, deployment, infrastructure, and environment issues by reviewing logs, pipeline output, Linux systems, and cloud service behavior. • Support secure development and DevSecOps practices, including security scanning and compliance-related tooling integrations. • Use approved AI tools to assist with scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, log analysis, and workflow improvement while following company security, privacy, and code-review expectations. • Maintain clear communication about environment state, deployed versions, release status, availability, risks, and next steps. • Participate in on-call or operational support rotations as needed for supported services and release infrastructure.
