• Own and architect our entire AWS infrastructure, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions • Design and implement scalable infrastructure platforms that enable seamless deployments across multiple teams • Lead security infrastructure initiatives, including implementing SIEM, EDR, automated scanning tools, and backup systems • Manage and optimize infrastructure costs while ensuring high availability and performance • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible, with opportunity to improve existing implementations • Create and optimize autoscaling solutions for various workloads, including webinar demands and ML/data processing pipelines • Establish network architecture and security protocols, including firewall configurations and routing • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple application teams • Collaborate with AI team to design and implement infrastructure for data processing and ML pipelines • Take proactive ownership in identifying infrastructure improvements and implementing solutions
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of DevOps experience, preferably in scaling B2B SaaS companies
- Proven experience building and maintaining infrastructure platforms that support multiple development teams
- Strong expertise in AWS services and infrastructure management
- Advanced knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with Ansible is a plus
- Proficiency in network management, including firewalls, routing, and security protocols
- Strong coding abilities in Python, Shell/Bash scripting, with other coding experience a plus (Go, PHP, Ruby)
- Experience with enterprise security processes and procurement, ideally running elements or all of the infosec function serving F500 enterprises
- Background in implementing and managing security infrastructure (SIEM, EDR, XDR)
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive ownership mindset
- Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and handle diverse infrastructure needs

• Ensure reliability, stability, and performance of cloud and hybrid platforms • Partner closely with Development, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams • Build and enhance the observability stack across various tools • Own major incident response and post-incident reviews • Lead cloud migration and modernization efforts
• Monitor the health, availability, performance, and security of production services. • Proactively identify emerging issues using telemetry, logs, metrics, and distributed tracing. • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents across application and infrastructure layers. • Act as the L3 escalation point for operational issues that cannot be resolved by L1 or L2 support. • Participate in an on-call rotation for critical production incidents. • Lead incident response activities, including coordination, communication, and post-incident reviews. • Perform root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence. • Develop and maintain operational runbooks, dashboards, alerts, and standard operating procedures. • Improve platform observability by enhancing monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and service-level indicators. • Work closely with software engineering teams to improve service reliability, scalability, and resilience. • Identify opportunities to automate operational tasks and eliminate repetitive manual work. • Support production deployments, infrastructure changes, and maintenance activities. • Assist with disaster recovery exercises, resilience testing, and operational readiness reviews. • Ensure operational activities comply with FedRAMP High security and compliance requirements. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
