• Configure and customize the NetSuite system to align with the organization’s business processes and requirements. • Create and maintain custom fields, forms, workflows, records, and reports to support various departments. • Provide technical assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions promptly. • Conduct training sessions to onboard new users and enhance existing users’ proficiency in utilizing NetSuite effectively. • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance with company policies. • Regularly review and update security settings to mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities. • Plan, coordinate, and execute regular system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain the system’s stability and feature set. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform testing and ensure seamless transitions during upgrades. • Collaborate with developers and integration specialists to design, implement, and maintain integration between NetSuite and other applications/system. • Oversee data imports, exports, and data quality initiatives to ensure accurate and reliable data within the system. • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, implementing optimization strategies as needed. • Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes and procedures for reference and knowledge sharing. • Stay informed about NetSuite best practices and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Demonstrated experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role, including hands-on experience configuring and customizing NetSuite
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, database management, and system integration concepts.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, SuiteScript) for customizations and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience with security and access management within NetSuite.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, etc.) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate change and guide teams through transformational initiatives.

Role Description The SAP Basis Systems Admin Senior serves as an expert in SAP BASIS Administration and is responsible for the performance, reliability, security, and management of the SAP landscapes. This role demands a robust understanding and ability to manage SAP system architecture, including, but not limited to: - S/4HANA - ECC - Solution Manager - Rev-Trac - Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (cALM) - SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) The administrator will work with various IT teams to establish standards and requirements for proper operation of SAP systems and provide technical expertise on all SAP related platforms. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (or higher) in an IT related field or equivalent work experience. - 5+ years of experience or internship in applying information technology solutions. - 5+ years of SAP Basis Administration experience is preferred. - Hands-on experience administering, troubleshooting, and supporting the technologies listed within the Primary Duties and Responsibilities section(s). • Responsible for the day-to-day administration and configuration of the Kneat eValidation system across all Kindeva sites. • Create, update, and maintain templates, workspaces, disciplines, and document types within Kneat to support site validation activities. • Ensure the system is configured correctly, users are supported, and records are maintained in compliance with GxP requirements and internal SOPs. • Perform user management activities including account creation, role assignments, access modifications, and periodic access reviews for all Kindeva site users. • Execute and document validation lifecycle activities (IQ/OQ/PQ, protocol execution, discrepancy management, and summary reports) using Kneat workflows under guidance from the validation team. • Provide day-to-day end-user support and troubleshooting for Kneat configuration issues, document routing problems, and execution queries. • Support Kneat system release updates by reviewing release notes, assisting with validation impact assessments, executing regression testing, and documenting results. • Collaborate with Quality, IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure compliant system use and alignment with SOPs and validation requirements. • Assist in training and onboarding users in Kneat functionality and best practices for compliant use. • Coordinate, draft test cases and test Kneat releases and updates including owning the associated change controls. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Maintain documentation for system configuration and validation activities.
