Marketing Ops Specialist – GoHighLevel

Credit Repair Cloud

• Build, manage, and troubleshoot marketing automations and workflows in GoHighLevel — including contact segmentation, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and custom fields • Lead the hands-on migration of workflows, automations, and email assets from HubSpot to GoHighLevel • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations across GHL, HubSpot, Intercom, and Zapier • Build, edit, and maintain landing pages across Webflow, ClickFunnels, and GoHighLevel • Set up new pages from templates, duplicate and customize pages, manage domains • Pull data from Google Analytics, HubSpot, GHL, and other platforms to compile weekly/monthly marketing metrics in Google Sheets • Manage our affiliate program in PartnerStack (new offers, performance data, partner comms) • Support content scheduling, podcast production logistics, and social media operations. No content creation required.

Job Requirements

  • Strong working experience in GoHighLevel — workflows, email templates, contact lists, custom fields
  • Solid HubSpot experience (email, workflows, lists, contact management)
  • Ideally you’ve done a HubSpot-to-GHL migration before
  • Zapier proficiency — building and troubleshooting cross-platform integrations
  • Experience with Intercom or similar in-app messaging platforms (banners, emails, series)
  • Comfortable building and editing pages in Webflow, ClickFunnels, or GHL page builder
  • Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills for data reporting
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Previous remote work experience with distributed teams (nice-to-have)
  • Experience with Google Analytics data extraction and reporting (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools (nice-to-have)
  • Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) in your workflow (nice-to-have)

The Marketing Operations Manager at Decentralized Masters will play a critical role in bridging strategy and execution. You will design, manage, and optimize our marketing infrastructure, processes, and analytics. You will ensure that our marketing team has the systems, data, and scalable processes necessary to run high-impact campaigns, measure performance, and continuously iterate. You will work cross-functionally with content, growth, product, community, engineering, and finance teams to support and elevate marketing outcomes across the journey (from awareness → acquisition → retention → advocacy) in a decentralized / blockchain environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Technology & Toolstack - Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CRM, marketing automation, analytics, CDP, attribution). - Maintain integrations across systems (e.g. website, email, social, ad platforms, data warehouse, event tools) to ensure seamless data flow and tracking. - Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance (e.g. privacy, consent, data quality). - Train marketing team members on tool usage, best practices, and workflows. 2. Process Design & Optimization - Define, document, and refine marketing processes (campaign planning, lead nurturing, content scheduling, campaign reviews, etc.). - Create scalable playbooks for recurring marketing initiatives (e.g. launch campaigns, drip campaigns, webinars, partnership marketing). - Monitor operational bottlenecks and proactively address inefficiencies. - Implement frameworks for campaign scheduling, handoffs, approvals, and cross-team coordination. 3.
