• Du führst ein Engineering-Team fachlich und organisatorisch und sorgst für klare Prioritäten, Verantwortlichkeiten und Umsetzung. • Bleibst hands-on tätig: Architekturentscheidungen, Code Reviews, technische Konzepte und eigene Implementierung gehören zu deinem Alltag. • Übersetzt geschäftliche Anforderungen in realistische technische Pläne und machst Fortschritte, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten transparent. • Arbeitest eng mit Product, Business und Unternehmensführung zusammen und vertrittst Engineering in wichtigen Abstimmungen. • Führst regelmäßige 1:1s, gibst konstruktives Feedback und unterstützt Entwickler dabei, fachlich und persönlich zu wachsen. • Bringst Struktur in Entwicklungsprozesse, Release-Abläufe, Teamrituale und Incident-Handling, ohne unnötige Bürokratie aufzubauen.

Job Requirements

  • mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung
  • bereits Entwickler geführt oder fachlich gesteuert
  • solides Verständnis für moderne Backend-Architekturen, APIs, Cloud-Infrastruktur und produktionsreife Softwareentwicklung
  • Erfahrung mit Python oder vergleichbaren Backend-Technologien ist ein Plus
  • Erfahrung mit KI-nahen Produkten, Automatisierung, datengetriebenen Workflows oder modernen AI-Integrationen ist von Vorteil
  • fließendes Deutsch und Englisch sind erforderlich.

Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Intern (FPGA) to join our innovative team developing cutting-edge AI Infrastructure Testing solutions. This role is strongly focused on FPGA development, with most responsibilities centered on the design, implementation, and verification of next-generation FPGA-based architectures. In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers across hardware, software, and system domains, with a primary emphasis on developing and validating advanced FPGA development methodologies for leading-edge applications. You will be involved in all phases of the product development lifecycle from architecture definition and RTL design to verification, hardware bring-up, and product release.
