  • Design unforgettable learning solutions reflecting the Unforgettable Learning brand and human-centered design principles.
  • Demonstrate best practices in learning (e.g. neuroscience, cognitive psychology, adult learning theory, behavioral science) aligned to Sponge’s strategy.
  • Be a simultaneous challenger and advisor to our clients - meaningfully partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to drive clear learning outcomes.
