• Own end-to-end product design for a new clinical platform, encompassing patient onboarding, guided exercise sessions, real-time movement feedback, and post-session check-ins • Develop Fit:Match's first design system, beginning with the clinical product and extending to Quadrascan and the broader product portfolio • Establish the company's brand and visual identity in collaboration with senior leadership • Define the standard for clinical-grade user experience in a product that bridges hospital and home settings • Collaborate directly with the engineering team to specify, prototype, and ship product experiences as an embedded member of the development process • Partner with clinicians and patients throughout research and validation cycles • Make complex health data legible • Build and lead a design team as the function matures

• Own the product pipeline from concept to launch. • Brief and manage external industrial designers, packaging designers, and factory design teams. • Drive the commercial side of product expansion. • Work directly with the CEO, the China sourcing team, and suppliers to take new products from idea to shelf-ready. • Build the business case for each launch, including costs, pricing, and margins.

• Drive and lead experiences across consumer-facing products to create personalized journeys • Lead end-to-end experience design briefs across surfaces and modalities • Craft narratives, naming, and value propositions for experiences and features • Define and own experience frameworks mapping key customer journeys • Shape content and information architecture across various surfaces • Use AI-assisted prototyping and concept development as core practice • Mentor partners on experience-led thinking and cohesive experiences

• Lead end-to-end design processes from research and discovery to final implementation. • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and validation activities. • Collaborate with product and business teams to identify opportunities and solve complex product challenges. • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. • Create intuitive, scalable, and data-driven design solutions aligned with business objectives. • Translate business requirements into user-centered experiences. • Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Developers throughout the product lifecycle. • Participate in product discovery, roadmap discussions, and feature planning. • Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and business KPIs to improve product performance. • Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and leadership. • Contribute to design systems, UX standards, and design best practices across products. • Mentor and support other designers when needed.
