Access Management Analyst – Outsourcing

Vision Cybersecurity

• Provision, modify, and revoke access to systems and applications. • Manage the identity lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, and Leaver). • Handle access-related requests and incidents, ensuring SLA compliance. • Perform periodic access reviews and support recertification processes. • Operate IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or similar tools. • Support the implementation and improvement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. • Prepare operational documentation and support access audits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Security, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and LDAP.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA.
  • Basic knowledge of IAM tools such as SailPoint or similar.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with an analytical mindset.
