• Support stakeholder interviews and workshops with business and technical teams. • Gather and document business requirements, pain points, and opportunities. • Assist in creating current and future-state process maps and conducting gap analysis. • Help define business requirements, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Contribute to evaluating solution options, including buy, build, or partner approaches. • Prepare project documentation, reports, roadmaps, and presentation materials. • Support discussions with technology vendors and external partners. • Assist in evaluating blockchain and DLT solutions for business use cases. • Track project progress and provide regular status updates. • Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technology field.
  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in blockchain, digital assets, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong academic performance is preferred.
  • Active participation in university organizations, leadership activities, research, volunteer work, or student initiatives is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin is a plus but not required.
  • Basic understanding of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
  • Familiarity with Digital Assets and Smart Contracts.
  • Basic knowledge of Business Requirements Analysis and Process Mapping.
  • Understanding of Gap Analysis and business process improvement concepts.
  • Familiarity with Banking Systems or Financial Services is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 20022 is preferred.
  • Awareness of enterprise technology and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and presentations.
