Role Description The Customer Experience Associate will be responsible for managing inbound customer communications across both businesses, ensuring every customer receives timely, professional, and friendly support. This role will focus primarily on: - Answering phone calls - Scheduling appointments - Coordinating reservations - Responding to emails and text messages - Completing a variety of administrative tasks During slower periods, the assistant will support operational projects, documentation, website updates, and light administrative initiatives while following detailed SOPs and internal processes. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, virtual assistance, or a similar customer-facing role. - 1+ year of experience handling a high volume of inbound phone calls. - Experience scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating customer communications. - Excellent spoken and written English. - Strong computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Benefits - Full-time position with a salary of $1,500 per month. - Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Alaska Time). - Target start date: ASAP.
