IAM System Developer

Role Description The IAM System Developer will be responsible for performing their job at an expert level and providing leadership in areas of expertise in alignment with OIT strategic directions. If you do not yet have expertise in areas that are new to you and pertinent to your work, you are responsible for successfully developing and executing a plan to build and demonstrate this expertise. This role will be involved in the One Identity system development life cycle and is responsible for: - Assisting workgroups in design sessions - Configuration and code changes in Identity Manager program - Testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software - Assisting in writing/reviewing system specifications, including output requirements and flow charts - Analyzing complex business requirements and problems - Driving research to design quality technical solutions Qualifications - Experience in provisioning support, including ticket management and customer service - Knowledge of least privilege methodology with security rights, permissions, and groups - Experience with Active Directory and CA Service Desk - Great troubleshooting skills with networking and computer systems - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service - Experience in Identity and Access Management and the operation of identity and access processes and controls for Active Directory, Email and Collaboration Platforms, and cloud-based solutions - Preferred experience with One Identity products - Experience with appropriate programming languages such as SQL, VB.Net (Visual Basic .NET), C Sharp (C#), and JavaScript - Previous experience working in the back end of Identity Management systems - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, conceptual thinking, and process engineering - Ability to deliver messages across a wide spectrum of individuals with varying degrees of technical understanding - Experience in Information Technology / Information Security / Identity and Access Management Company Description

We are seeking a Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert (SME) to oversee enterprise observability and application performance monitoring within a large financial services environment. This role is responsible for technical leadership of a team of Dynatrace engineers while serving as the primary expert for the Dynatrace platform, including architecture, deployment, optimization, and governance. - Drive monitoring strategy, establish standards for alerting and instrumentation, and ensure full-stack visibility across complex hybrid environments (cloud and on-prem). - Partner with development, DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure teams to proactively identify performance issues, support incident response, and deliver actionable insights that improve reliability and user experience.
