• Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Architects, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance management • Develop and implement standardized methodologies for technical pre-sales engagements, POCs, and solution designs • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define and execute technical pre-sales strategy • Participate in strategic customer engagements and complex technical discussions • Create and maintain best practices documentation for solution design and technical pre-sales processes • Build and manage relationships with key technology partners and stakeholders including AWS and Microsoft • Allocate SOW requests to the appropriate Solution Architect and QA final proposals • Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning for the Solutions Architecture team • Drive continuous improvement in team processes and methodologies • Contribute to team strategy, process and methodology based on market and customer feedback • Develop and implement standardized methodologies for solution design, deployment, and optimization, incorporating financial-specific frameworks
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- 5+ years of experience in delivery and pre-sales of consulting and advisory services for strategic solutions such as IT strategy, Application Placement, and Cloud Governance
- 3+ years of people management experience, preferably leading solutions architects or technical teams
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps), container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing technical teams
- Experience in developing pre-sales methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical solutions to both technical and business audiences
- Strong background in cloud architecture, cloud migration, and infrastructure automation
- Experience with budget management and resource planning
- Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and modern application architectures

Role Description As a Cloud Management and Automation Engineer, you will be crucial in managing, automating, and securing our AWS deployments while defining and visualizing Service Level Metrics. You will collaborate closely with various teams to optimize our cloud infrastructure, enhance security measures, and streamline deployment processes. The ideal candidate will deeply understand AWS services, automation tools, and best practices for cloud architecture. Additional duties include collaborating with the internal team to automate manual processes or provide increased efficiencies. Need to have some AWS Certifications. No Certs no submittal. Job Responsibilities - AWS Infrastructure Management: - Assume ownership of the company's master organizational account. - Understand organizational policy implementation and enforcement to sub-accounts. - Administrate various AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc. - Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning to ensure scalability and reliability. - Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform (preferred). - Work closely with development and operations teams to automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). - Advise, develop, and maintain scripts for automating routine tasks and infrastructure provisioning. - Implement automation for monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure timely incident response. - Configure and manage AWS security services such as AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), AWS WAF, AWS Shield, etc. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. - Collaborate with the Security Team to improve and update security policies and posture. - Implement and enforce security company guidelines and best practices for AWS environments. - Collaborate with development teams to provide agile deployments and optimize application performance and reliability on AWS. - Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on AWS-related issues and best practices. - Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall infrastructure and operational efficiency. - Familiar with OIDC/SSO protocols & IRSA (IAM Roles for Service Accounts) implementations. - Work closely with Network and Systems Teams to define and demonstrate Service Level metrics across all infrastructure. - Define appropriate data pipelines for Service Level Alerting and visualization with Grafana. - All other duties as assigned.
