AWS Technical Lead

General Dynamics Information Technology

• Own the current state of AWS systems and identify gaps • Work to improve operational excellence across the USPTO AWS environment • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define technical requirements • Lead the design of system improvements • Ensure innovative and secure cloud strategies • Build a culture of continuous improvement • Partner with senior leadership to build cloud adoption strategies

Job Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen/Green Card Holder eligible for Public Trust clearance
  • 10+ years of IT/digital transformation experience
  • 5+ years of deep hands-on AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP cloud architectures and implementations
  • Strong communication and collaboration ability
  • Expertise leading multi-tenant cloud systems
  • Team management skills
  • Experience developing and managing high-availability, secure, and automated solutions
