Role Description We're looking for a Web Developer who is passionate about building responsive, modern, and user-centered web applications and websites. In this role, you will collaborate across business, design, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable digital solutions, while delivering high-quality front-end and back-end development that improves performance, usability, and customer experience. - Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and websites. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and product teams to gather, analyze, and refine requirements. - Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable code using modern web technologies and development best practices. - Develop front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Develop, integrate, and support back-end services and RESTful APIs. - Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, security, and overall usability. - Conduct unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across web applications. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering standards and team practices. - Maintain technical documentation and support application releases and deployments. - Stay current with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to help drive innovation. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3+ years of professional experience in web development. - Strong proficiency in: - HTML5 - CSS3 - JavaScript/TypeScript - Responsive Web Design - Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. - Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar platforms. - Working knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control best practices. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. - High attention to detail, strong customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning. Requirements - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of web application security best practices. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience using tools such as Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps or Jira, and Postman. - Familiarity with front-end styling frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. Role Description Buscamos un/a Desarrollador/a Frontend para incorporarse a un equipo de optimización de conversión (CRO) que trabaja en la implementación de experimentos, personalizaciones y mejoras de experiencia de usuario directamente sobre el sitio web, mediante plataformas de inyección de código sin acceso a backend/servidores. - Desarrollar e implementar personalizaciones y experimentos en el sitio web mediante JavaScript, CSS y HTML. - Trabajar con plataformas de inyección de código en frontend (tipo Chameleon, Optimizely, VWO o similares) para desplegar cambios sin tocar el backend. - Colaborar con diseño (UX/UI) para llevar prototipos y wireframes a implementaciones funcionales en producción. - Coordinar con el equipo de Analytics para definir parámetros de medición e interpretar resultados de experimentos. - Manipular y consultar bases de datos alojadas en AWS para personalizaciones específicas (segmentación de usuarios, ofertas particulares, etc.). - Participar en la priorización del backlog junto al Product Owner, entregando estimaciones de tiempo realistas. - Documentar los cambios implementados y dar soporte/mantenimiento a las soluciones ya desplegadas. - Proponer mejoras técnicas que aporten valor a los objetivos comerciales del negocio, no solo ejecutar requerimientos.
