• Test Execution & Strategy • Design and execute test plans across Web, API, and/or Data components, proactively identifying coverage gaps. • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing. • Identify, document, and track defects in Jira with clear reproduction steps, root-cause context, and impact analysis. • Create and maintain test data and environments needed for execution. • Troubleshoot and investigate issues independently - reproducing defects, gathering logs, and validating fixes. • Build and maintain test scripts and automation, contributing to frameworks and team standards. • Collaboration & Ownership • Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Own assigned testing areas and drive tasks to completion with minimal oversight. • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve ambiguity and unblock issues. • Mentor junior QE team members as needed. • Quality Practices & AI Tools • Apply and help refine QE standards and processes (test case structure, defect reporting, regression workflows). • Contribute to SDLC quality practices and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retros). • Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to write and improve test automation scripts and snippets. • Leverage AI tools to generate and refine test case ideas from requirements or user stories. • Use AI-enhanced search across bug tracking and documentation systems to speed up investigation and reduce duplicate work.

• Build and maintain automated tests for data pipeline workflows • Support testing across Sync ingestion flows and Delivery Stream (foundational platform for data ingestion and processing) • Work with AI-based testing agents to generate and automate tests • Help implement existing AI test agents into the Sync repository • Collaborate with engineers and testers across both teams

• Review specifications and work with business and technical team to determine testable requirements • Participate in software design reviews to provide input and identify potential problems • Determine the most efficient testing approach based on the potential risk and impact of the change, while ensuring appropriate testing coverage • Develop, document and maintain test plans, test cases, and other testing artifacts • Perform applications and integration testing involving Tibco, .Net applications, web services, and Oracle databases. • Isolate, replicate and report defects and verify defect fixes
