Job Requirements
- Native or bilingual Spanish to communicate with clients.
- Fluent English for internal communication.
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer success, or another client-facing role is a plus.
- Excellent phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.

If so, as an Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative for Town Web, you will work closely with the Head of Sales to drive new business through both inbound inquiries and outbound reach. At Town Web, we use a consultative sales approach to help local governments modernize their digital presence. This role requires someone who is results-oriented, resourceful, and focused on building relationships and delivering long-term value — not just quick wins. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound sales inquiries and qualify interested prospects. - Identify and engage high-potential target accounts through outbound outreach. - Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and recommend relevant solutions. - Conduct virtual demos that educate prospective customers, focusing on their specific needs and challenges. - Maintain an active and organized pipeline of leads and opportunities. - When required, make 80–100 outbound calls daily (primarily warm/cold leads), with a goal of 3–5 qualified demo appointments booked per day. - Log all activity in the CRM and collaborate with the Head of Sales on next steps. - Follow up with prospects via email and phone in a timely and professional manner, with a focus on closed deals.
