Commercial Account Manager
InfluxData
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and renewals with a focus on customer obsession and high retention and satisfaction levels. • Lead the renewal process for each account, ensuring customers needs are met, checkins are scheduled and commercial terms align with customer needs and expectations. • Identify and implement growth opportunities within your accounts to drive incremental revenue growth. Identify new use cases and new groups that can get value from additional capabilities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within each account. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Marketing, etc.) to enhance customer experience and maximize value. • Monitor account health and proactively address potential risks to retention and growth.
Job Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Renewals Specialist, with a focus on driving renewals and growth.
- Proven ability to manage +50 accounts while balancing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience selling open source/SaaS
- Experience in NoSQL data technologies or other modern data platforms
- Experience selling enterprise management solutions (Systems Management, Cloud Management, log analytics, APM, Network Monitoring)

Role Description We are hiring a Senior Recruiting Manager to architect and scale our talent engine and strengthen core people operations. This is a high-ownership role focused primarily on recruiting exceptional technical and mission-driven talent in competitive markets. You will build talent pipelines across engineering, red teaming, research, product, operations, and specialized technical roles, and design the systems that enable them to succeed once hired.
