Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of mobile development experience in Android, iOS or both.
  • Strong experience with Kotlin and/or Swift.
  • Experience shipping production apps used by real users.
  • Strong product sense and attention to mobile UX.
  • Able to work with APIs, analytics, crash logs and production feedback.
  • Fast, practical and comfortable owning work with limited handholding.
  • App links, GitHub, screenshots or examples of shipped work are a strong advantage.

Why this job is exciting: - Design and build workflows on various integration platforms to automate data flows. - Ensure HRIS and ATS integrations are fully operational with reliable data flow and minimal manual intervention. - Manage connectors and APIs, including configuring existing and building custom ones. - Monitor and support integration performance by troubleshooting errors and maintaining documentation. - Collaborate across engineering and customer success teams to guarantee reliable integrations. - Establish integration platform governance and best practices. - Enable Implementation Managers with repeatable onboarding workflows. - Create a comprehensive knowledge base with playbooks and documentation. Qualifications - 2+ years proven experience building and maintaining data integrations using modern integration platforms / iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, Tray.io, Celigo). - Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols (REST, SOAP, OAuth, API keys). - Solid programming knowledge, preferably Python & SQL. - Experience with data orchestration, including scheduling, sequencing, and monitoring workflows. - Ability to troubleshoot and monitor integration workflows. - Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, CRM, or ERP systems and their data models. - Strong documentation habits and ability to establish integration best practices. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
