Regional Sales Manager
Infra Pipe Solutions Ltd.
• Grow sales through distribution channels by strengthening existing partnerships and developing new accounts. • Execute territory growth strategies, including pricing, freight optimization, product knowledge sessions, and promotional activities. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets. • Build long-term customer relationships by delivering tailored, value-added solutions. • Provide regular market intelligence and sales insights through forecasts, bi-weekly calls, and monthly reports. • Represent IPS at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. • Coordinate product delivery and project execution with manufacturing and customer teams. • Collaborate with inside sales and customer service to ensure timely quoting, order fulfillment, and customer support. • Develop accurate sales forecasts for the region (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and track performance against projections to ensure reliable revenue planning. • Own full accountability for achieving regional financial targets, including revenue, gross margin, product mix and other key performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of outside sales experience in our field or related business
- Proven success managing a distribution network and driving sustained sales growth.
- Experience applying data and market analysis to guide sales decisions.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
