Role Description As an Intrafund Adviser, you'll provide personal and general superannuation and pension advice to members across smartMonday, Guild Super, Childcare Super, Future Super, and Verve Super. You'll build trusted relationships with members, helping them understand their options and providing tailored advice that supports their retirement goals. - Prepare and present Statements of Advice. - Maintain accurate advice records. - Ensure every interaction meets the highest compliance standards. - Act as a technical mentor for our Digital Advice team. - Support colleagues with more complex member enquiries. - Deliver financial education through webinars and workplace visits. - Contribute to projects that improve our advice processes and member experience. - Collaborate with teams across Future Group to ensure our products, communications, and services continue to evolve to meet members' needs. Qualifications - Believes in Future Group’s mission and has a passion for moving Australia’s money out of fossil fuels and into renewable energy. - Meets the ASIC education and professional standards required to provide personal financial advice, including registration as a Qualified Tax Relevant Provider (QTRP). - Has experience in providing personal financial advice, ideally within superannuation or another financial services organisation. - Has strong knowledge of superannuation, retirement planning, and insurance, and their role within the broader financial services sector. - Is experienced in preparing compliant Statements of Advice and maintaining detailed client and advice records. - Has practical experience using financial planning software and CRM systems (such as Midwinter or similar). - Is an excellent communicator with relationship-building skills, able to explain complex information in a clear, engaging way. - Has a collaborative approach, sound judgement, and a commitment to delivering exceptional member outcomes. Requirements - Ability to provide limited tax (financial) advice in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
