Overview The Associate Director, Federal Government Relations, will advance Alnylam’s public policy priorities at the federal level by leveraging political insights, building and maintaining relationships with key policymakers, representing Alnylam in external forums, and forging partnerships with third party entities, including trade associations, manufacturers, patient and provider groups, and other thought leaders. The Associate Director will work in close partnership with Public Policy & Government Relations (PPGR) colleagues to identify policy priorities for Alnylam, and develop strategies and approaches to address them. The Associate Director will also work with cross-functional internal partners to ensure that advocacy goals and efforts align with Alnylam’s corporate and commercial goals and objectives. This role will advance policies focused on supporting scientific innovation, the biotech ecosystem, and optimal patient access to medicines.
