Role Description The Non-Delegated Purchase Review Team Lead helps manage the daily operations of the purchase review department, ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant purchase review of submitted loans. This role assists the senior director with workflow, purchase reviews, and conditions. The Team Lead serves as a liaison and subject matter expert for investor and agency guidelines as well as internal policies for various loan types including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM. - Provides support and guidance to the non-delegated purchase review team. - Supports the Senior Director with oversight of day-to-day performance metrics and maintaining SLA’s. - Maintains process and procedure materials to ensure compliance with internal policies and external investor/agency requirements. - Maintains knowledge of all Non-Del products offerings for Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans. - Assists with the roll out of new products, ensuring a smooth and compliant addition to the Non-Delegated suite of product offerings. - Monitors daily pipelines to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and ensure service level standards are maintained. - Acts as a subject matter expert and escalation point for purchase review issues, discrepancies, and escalations. - Assists with conducting quality control reviews to ensure consistency and positive customer service experience. - Trains, mentors, and supports new team members and cross trains existing team members as needed. - Recommends and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the purchase review team. - Helps track team performance metrics and report results to senior director. - Heads up special projects as needed. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. - 5+ years of experience in mortgage operations, and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Non-Delegated Purchase Review. - Detailed understanding of life of loan. - High level of TRID and compliance knowledge. - Familiarity with investor and agency guidelines for Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans. - Proficiency in loan origination systems (e.g., Encompass). - High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. - Effective leadership and communication abilities. - Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines. What you will do: - Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain STERIS and competitor devices across the sterile processing ecosystem: washers, sterilizers, ultrasonics, steam generators, and cart washers—part of STERIS’s core OEM line spanning 160 models. - Plan your day to meet Customer and business priorities: preventive maintenance, warranty work, installations, and field upgrades. - Document work using modern platforms to satisfy regulatory requirements; collaborate with Tech Support, Engineering, and Service Contract Management to resolve escalations. - Offer options and estimates to Customers; partner with Sales (with leadership support) to elevate Customer experience and identify opportunities. - Provide coverage to multiple facilities within your assigned territory based on agreements and needs. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED plus 4+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in a mechanical/technical capacity; an Associate’s degree, relevant certifications, competitive equipment training, or related military experience may apply toward the technical requirement. - Valid driver’s license and ability to meet background and physical assessment elements to obtain and maintain vendor credentialing. - Customer and team interaction experience with effective written and verbal communication. - Basic computer proficiency (Windows, email, navigation, mobile apps, and multi-system data entry). - Willingness to work flexible schedules, including occasional overnights and early/late hours, based on Customer/business needs; ability to comply with hospital/Customer credentialing requirements. Benefits - Pay range for this opportunity is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00. This position is eligible for bonus. - Minimum pay will comply with any higher county/city wage requirements.
