• Proactive and diligent practice of on-time tracking and tracing for all shipments in transit • Provide relevant and accurate tracking updates to internal team members • Continuous maintenance of internal and external platforms with updated shipment details as required • Communicate with drivers and carriers load requirements and details to ensure a flawless shipment lifecycle from dispatching to delivery • Field any and all inquiries from customers and/or carriers regarding the status of a specific shipment • Escalate notification of any issues involving the shipment to the appropriate internal contacts • Focus on providing best-in-class service to the customers of Fox Logistics through dedicated execution of your tasks • Accountability of operational duties in support of internal sales team members to contribute to the continued growth of the business

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join a high-impact analytics team responsible for improving operational outcomes in our Planning and Allocation team as well as the broader supply chain. Our Supply Chain Analytics team serves as the company’s central analytics authority on inventory, the lifeblood of the company, and its movement through the supply chain. We work with stakeholders across the organization including Merchandising, Transportation, and Distribution Operations to translate complex operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and tools that drive measurable improvements.
