Project Manager/Lead Trainer
Concept Plus, LLC
Role Description Concept Plus is seeking a Project Manager/Lead Trainer to provide services to all levels of users across the CG enterprise – existing and new end-users, peer experts, and super users. The Project Manager/Lead Trainer will provide a variety of support services to better enable users in performing their clinical and business support workflows. The services shall include: - Clinical and functional workflow adoption - End-user engagement of client's EHR system and its integrated applications (i.e. Health Data Intelligence, Dentrix, Joint Legacy Viewer, Patient Portal, etc.) - Curriculum and content development - Transition to implement use of EHR - Knowledge management - Stakeholder engagement - Resource allocation - Gap analysis - Virtual learning support across the enterprise What you'll do: - Provides strategic leadership for projects within programs, including understanding of agency mission-oriented business initiatives and programs, agency stakeholders, and policy/regulatory requirements. - Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple and complex inter-related project tasks. - Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations. - Manages and maintains the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization. - Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology. - Assumes the responsibilities of a Training Resource Manager (TRM) to oversee and coordinate all training-related activities, including: - Coordinating training schedules with the Government to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and objectives. - Serving as the primary point of contact for the Government regarding training logistics, resource requirements, and operational adjustments. - Identifying and addressing any logistical or operational issues that may impact the effectiveness of training delivery on resolution. - The Training Lead shall be available to the COR via telephone between the hours of 0700 and 1500 EST, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within four (4) hours of notification via email or telephone. Qualifications - US Citizen - Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance. - Minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in project management; minimum of five (5) for a DoD/DHA program. - Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience in leading an EHR program, preferably within DoD, with at least five (5)+ FTEs deployed across CONUS and OCONUS locations. - Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience with DoD/DHA clinical systems, process, and procedures. - Experience coordinating significant planning efforts for training of enterprise EHR solutions. - Bachelor’s Degree. - Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
