Role Description - Architect and deploy scalable, highly available LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and Data Center networks (Nexus, Catalyst, ACI). - Manage complex, multi-protocol routing environments utilizing BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP, alongside MPLS and Multicast architectures. - Expert-level understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Model, Spanning Tree, QoS, and high-availability protocols (HSRP/VRRP). - Proficiency with Cisco platforms including Catalyst 9000 switches, Nexus 9k/7k/5k switches, and ASR routers. - Architect, design, and implement high-availability network solutions integrating Palo Alto hardware and virtual appliances. - Oversee deployment and tuning of NGFW, App-ID, User-ID, Threat Prevention, WildFire, and SSL/TLS Decryption. - Manage multi-site deployments centrally using Palo Alto Panorama. - Lead the architecture, configuration, and optimization of ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC), and Branch Connector environments. - Lead the resolution of critical incidents, isolating complex Layer 2/3 faults and performing packet analysis (Wireshark) to maintain maximum uptime. - Act as a technical mentor to junior engineers and a subject matter expert during cross-functional IT, cloud migration, or data center consolidation projects. - Patching network devices as per patch cadence. - Visit various Danaher facilities within and outside India as and when required. - Work with the core team on inventory and annual maintenance contract validation. - Work closely with vendor and core team on the smooth running of monitoring tools. - Actively work on different projects assigned by client managers. - Coordination with site leads for tracking progress on projects. - Work closely with teammates and stakeholders involved in the assigned projects. - Work closely with the service desk, end-user support and provide backend support. - Update in project tasks progress in tracking tools periodically. - Maintain all the documentation (Planning, operational standard work) related to the projects. - Facilitate knowledge/training to internal support team members. - Perform the Role of Product Owner and specialized operational support. - Involve in the new acquisition and migration projects. - On-call support to global service desk on critical escalation. Role Description Our Client is seeking a fulltime Principal Network Architect responsible for the design, implementation, and long-term ownership of Next Generation 911 (NG911) network architecture. This is a hands-on, principal-level individual contributor role that combines deep expertise in cloud networking, SIP/VoIP telephony, and mission-critical infrastructure. The role partners closely with the NG911 Product Manager, who defines product strategy and priorities, while owning the architecture, deployment standards, and technical execution required to deliver scalable, secure, and highly reliable NG911 services. Key Responsibilities - Design and own end-to-end NG911 network architectures aligned with NENA i3 standards, ESInet integration, and state-specific requirements. - Architect and implement highly available AWS network solutions, including VPCs, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPNs, load balancing, and security controls. - Lead SIP/VoIP and telephony architecture, including SIP trunks, SBCs, media gateways, call routing, failover, and migration from legacy voice systems. - Personally drive deployment and go-live activities for complex PSAP environments while developing repeatable standards, runbooks, and automation practices. - Ensure five-nines (99.999%) service availability, low-latency communications, and compliance with CJIS, NIST, CISA, and state NG911 requirements. - Serve as the primary technical liaison with state 911 agencies, ESInet providers, connectivity partners, and customer IT organizations. - Provide technical leadership across Cloud, Services, Support, and Engineering teams to enable scalable, repeatable deployments. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in network engineering, telecommunications, or infrastructure architecture, including principal- or lead-level responsibilities. - Deep hands-on expertise in AWS networking and SIP/VoIP telephony architectures. - Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing, switching, VPNs, QoS, and high-availability design. - Experience supporting mission-critical, highly available production environments. - Knowledge of NG911, ESInet environments, NENA i3 standards, and public safety technologies preferred. - Preferred certifications include AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect, CCNP/CCIE, and NENA ENP. Role Description The Network Relations Specialist role executes initiatives related to building and maintaining relationships with Nearmap/itel's network of repair firms, providing process training, conducting restoration marketing and event planning, network development support administration, process development and improvement, and onboarding. Key Responsibilities - In partnership with the Director of Network Relations, develops a standardized, documented marketing and training strategy for repair firms for increased participation and engagement. - Leads development of and relationship management activities with qualified restoration companies. - Serves as a liaison between the repair firms and internal itel departments. - Creates training and/or marketing collateral materials that align with itel’s strategy. - Evaluates effectiveness of existing marketing and training programs; makes required process improvements to support desired business outcomes. - Responds quickly and effectively implements changes to repair firm development strategy and processes. - Manages database of prospects and onboarded repair firms and analyzes reports in order to effectively track and maintain all the status of the firms. - Collaborates with various business units on strategic planning, process development, and process improvement. Qualifications - At least 2 years’ experience in sales, recruiting, or marketing. - Proven ability to develop and implement new processes and facilitate client adoption. - Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. - Strong customer service and relationship management orientation. - Ability to analyze, interpret, and understand complex insurance and credentialing requirements. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to prioritize, plan, and meet project goals and expectations. - Experience working with and maintaining confidential information. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
