Role Description - Architect and deploy scalable, highly available LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and Data Center networks (Nexus, Catalyst, ACI). - Manage complex, multi-protocol routing environments utilizing BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP, alongside MPLS and Multicast architectures. - Expert-level understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Model, Spanning Tree, QoS, and high-availability protocols (HSRP/VRRP). - Proficiency with Cisco platforms including Catalyst 9000 switches, Nexus 9k/7k/5k switches, and ASR routers. - Architect, design, and implement high-availability network solutions integrating Palo Alto hardware and virtual appliances. - Oversee deployment and tuning of NGFW, App-ID, User-ID, Threat Prevention, WildFire, and SSL/TLS Decryption. - Manage multi-site deployments centrally using Palo Alto Panorama. - Lead the architecture, configuration, and optimization of ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC), and Branch Connector environments. - Lead the resolution of critical incidents, isolating complex Layer 2/3 faults and performing packet analysis (Wireshark) to maintain maximum uptime. - Act as a technical mentor to junior engineers and a subject matter expert during cross-functional IT, cloud migration, or data center consolidation projects. - Patching network devices as per patch cadence. - Visit various Danaher facilities within and outside India as and when required. - Work with the core team on inventory and annual maintenance contract validation. - Work closely with vendor and core team on the smooth running of monitoring tools. - Actively work on different projects assigned by client managers. - Coordination with site leads for tracking progress on projects. - Work closely with teammates and stakeholders involved in the assigned projects. - Work closely with the service desk, end-user support and provide backend support. - Update in project tasks progress in tracking tools periodically. - Maintain all the documentation (Planning, operational standard work) related to the projects. - Facilitate knowledge/training to internal support team members. - Perform the Role of Product Owner and specialized operational support. - Involve in the new acquisition and migration projects. - On-call support to global service desk on critical escalation. Qualifications - CCNP Enterprise, or CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert). - Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE). - Zscaler Certified Cloud Security Engineer (ZCCSE) highly preferred.
