The developer will collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and subject matter experts to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions while following industry best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications. - Translate technical designs and business requirements into working code. - Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and application support. - Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements. - Design, code, test, document, and support software solutions throughout the SDLC. - Ensure compliance with established software development standards and best practices. - Review code and provide technical feedback to other developers. - Learn and implement new technologies, frameworks, and software design patterns. - Perform configuration management within the development environment. - Utilize software development tools for evaluation, testing, and version control. - Develop and maintain client/server and web-based applications utilizing n-tier architecture and graphical user interfaces. - Travel as required to support client and project needs. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years (24 months) of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a related software development role. - Experience designing and developing enterprise applications. - Experience with client/server and web application development utilizing n-tier architecture. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), unit testing, debugging, and configuration management. - Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $126,090 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
