• Design and build control-plane services, drivers (e.g., CSI), and tooling that provision, configure, and operate storage for Kubernetes-based AI/compute workloads. • Integrate high-performance storage platforms — Dell PowerScale, VAST, and comparable systems — into automated, declarative provisioning workflows. • Build data-path, telemetry, and observability tooling to diagnose and resolve performance, reliability, and scaling issues. • Write production-quality software — primarily in Go — with strong testing, code review, and operational rigor. • Deliver infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/OpenTofu) and GitOps-driven pipelines (ArgoCD or Flux) for storage configuration and lifecycle. • Support bare-metal and hybrid provisioning where storage intersects host and cluster bring-up. • Deliver storage integration for k0s-based Kubernetes via Cluster API (CAPI) and K0rdent management/child cluster topologies. • Architect storage software for fully disconnected (air-gapped) environments, including local artifact/mirror connectivity (Harbor) and PKI/TLS considerations.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and AWS Lambda. • Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs supporting cloud-based applications and integrations. • Analyze technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision. • Develop software following established architectural standards and engineering best practices. • Debug, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain production systems. • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to deliver reliable APIs and end-to-end functionality. • Participate in code reviews and proactively identify technical improvements and risks. • Contribute to frontend development using Vue.js as part of a full stack engineering team. • Communicate effectively with technical stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Configure and maintain website integrations, including event tracking, SPA fixes, cart tracking, and catalog integrations • Implement and support Email Service Provider integrations and synchronization workflows • Execute migration and replatforming activities with comprehensive validation and testing • Develop custom onsite JavaScript solutions for campaigns and interactive user flows • Build and support Airflow DAGs for recurring data processing workflows • Configure dynamic email content and SKU-level recommendation tracking • Analyze Customer requests and assess technical feasibility of solutions • Develop integrations with third-party marketing and email platforms • Investigate and resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis • Collaborate with account managers, QA engineers, and implementation specialists • Participate in technical consultations and onboarding alignment meetings

• Create architecture, prototypes, and design proposals that deliver near-term business value while aligning with the future-state product and platform vision. • Influence technical direction through architecture reviews, RFCs, design discussions, and hands-on collaboration. • Partner with senior developers, architects, and tech leads to define and execute the product/platform architecture roadmap. • Break down large initiatives into parallelizable chunks of work that deliver incremental business value. • Champion proposals through all phases of the SDLC, from design through production implementation. • Troubleshoot and eliminate root causes of persistent production issues; drive reliability, observability, monitoring, and incident response. • Facilitate design discussions within and across teams. • Act as a trusted technical leader, helping teams succeed through collaboration, influence, and shared ownership. • Design and build key features and architectural improvements for the platform, end-to-end, using modern .NET technology and architecture. • Build and maintain services across both monolith and microservice architecture. • Collaborate with a team of deep technical experience and strong domain knowledge; brainstorm and share ideas within an agile team of developers, testers, and a product owner.
