Job Requirements
- Skilled at leading distributed, high-performing teams through organizational change
- Proven track record of leading global BI functions within technology companies
- Deep understanding of modern data stacks, specifically Databricks
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, CS, Data Science) or equivalent professional experience

Role Description US Tool Group is seeking Junior and Senior-level Data/Reporting Analysts for its rapidly expanding business. This position is a full-time permanent role with full benefits. • Perform daily preventative maintenance monitoring across all active digital trackers and platforms • Triage and resolve user-submitted support tickets across all supported processes and work applications • Process data correction requests across all active trackers and submission workflows • Maintain and update reference data and dropdown configurations across platforms to reflect current operational requirements • Process user access and platform license requests, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning • Maintain records of all access grants and license allocations in line with governance requirements
