• Provide collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and coaching, supporting the Scrum Team and Scrum process. • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, feedback meetings, sprint reviews/retrospectives, etc. • Coach the Scrum Team to understand the need for clear and concise Backlog items. • Helping the Team to create high-value products. • Manage the triage of defects and provide support to PO on prioritization. • Coordinate dependencies and work across teams via Nexus scrums including lead and coordinate decision-making with other teams and team members. • Release coordination Exemplify a Lean-Agile Mindset through Servant Leadership. • Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership, Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption. • Champion and coach others in the use of the Agile software development methodology.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 Years of practical experience serving as Scrum Master with a strong comprehension of Agile values and principles.
- Understanding of agile methodologies, values, and procedures and the development lifecycle.
- Partner with Product Owners to understand key business objectives and strategy, develop backlog and prioritize their stories.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, remove roadblocks, reviews, retrospectives and demos.
- Ability to identify cross team dependencies and align work optimally.
- Track progress of team performance utilizing appropriate metrics and foster adoption of a high performing Agile culture working closely with the leadership team.
- Preference to candidates with healthcare domain (Medicaid).
- Deep understanding of the Agile and SAFe/Nexus Principles and how they are applied in workplace culture.
- Serve as a mentor that transfers agile knowledge and experience to the team, Ability to identify cross team dependencies and align work optimally.
- Track progress of team performance utilizing appropriate metrics and foster adoption of a high performing Agile culture working closely with the Leadership team.
- Stand up new Agile teams and facilitate their formation and effectiveness.

• Shadow and learn the existing transformation approach directly from the lead consultant on-site, then take it to new plants independently • Coach plant leadership and floor teams on ways of working and leveraging new technology - sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog management - adapted for a manufacturing environment • Facilitate ceremonies and working sessions that build team ownership rather than dependency on the coach • Identify and remove process bottlenecks, handoff friction, and waste on the floor and in cross-functional workflows • Coach team leads and site managers individually on mindset shifts, not just process mechanics • Drive adoption of new ways of working across plant teams, including change-resistant stakeholders • Track and report transformation health metrics (velocity, adoption indicators, team maturity) back to the lead consultant • Provide "white glove" follow-up support post-implementation to ensure the change sticks rather than reverting once the coach moves to the next site • Help build local capability so plants can self-sustain the new way of working over time • Travel extensively between plant locations - expect frequent domestic and Americas-region travel, with potential for wider international travel (EMEA/APAC). • Implement what's already working rather than introducing a new methodology - this is execution of an existing playbook, not a from-scratch transformation design • Report progress and roadblocks back to the lead consultant and adjust delivery based on direction given
