Role Description The team is undertaking a project of statistical analysis of child poverty data in Portugal and requires a statistic specialist to contribute to this work. Qualifications - Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Public Policy, or a related field. - At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in quantitative analysis, including the use of microdata (preferably EU-SILC or similar household surveys). - Fluency in Portuguese and English. - PhD with substantial relevant analytical component (desirable). Requirements - Experience and skills in analysis using R. - Previous experience in analysing EU-SILC data. - Confirmation of availability to visit office for data analysis on at least 5 non-consecutive days.
