Global Campaigns Manager

Arctic Wolf

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for key solutions, industries, and buyer segments. • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging and value propositions are consistently reflected across campaign assets. • Collaborate with Sales, SDR, Channel, Acquisition, and Customer teams to ensure alignment, coverage, and measurable impact. • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of global and regional campaigns across program teams such as digital, email, field, channel, webinars, and content. • Manage campaign calendars to ensure timely delivery aligned to product launches, sales plays, and market opportunities. • Partner with delivery teams to execute tactics such as webinars, email nurtures, paid media, social promotion, and partner activations. • Track campaign KPIs and reporting in partnership with Marketing Operations. • Analyze results to optimize performance, reallocate spend where appropriate, and share insights to improve future campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue marketing, demand generation, project management, or a combination of relevant experience
  • Experience designing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and extract actionable insights
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across global teams
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to analyze campaign performance and report on ROI
  • Experience enabling sales/SDRs with campaign resources and materials
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
  • Prior experience in SaaS
