• Serve as the Senior GEV representative and primary customer focal point, owning stakeholder relationships and driving issue resolution throughout each upgrades/repair project as assigned. • Direct project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, field/outage execution, and performance demonstration. • Champion on-time delivery, fulfillment of contract deliverables, and margin attainment through effective leadership and facilitation. • Interpret and implement contract terms and conditions; manage financials including pricing, cost, forecasts, margin, invoicing, receivables, and risk provisions. • Drive project schedule in collaboration with the Planner/Scheduler; proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks as needed. • Manage and communicate project changes with the customer and team, following established change management processes. • Maintain accurate project data in the management system, including scope, schedule, financials, and risks; ensure documentation is current. • Provide regular status updates, lead project reviews, and capture lessons learned and best practices, including Cost-of-Poor Quality cases.

• Participate in HR artificial intelligence projects led by the HR department • Contribute to identifying and analyzing user needs • Participate in the preparation and facilitation of workshops with HR teams • Support users in discovering and adopting AI tools • Collect user feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of deployed solutions • Produce communication, awareness and training materials • Conduct research and benchmarking on AI uses in human resources • Participate in monitoring experiments and in showcasing the results obtained

• Manages, coordinates and evaluates medical projects for one or more programs • Represents the company in the medical research community and develops collaborative relationships with client company personnel • Works independently to perform first pass review of safety data • Reviews data for safety trends, coding consistencies, and potential follow up with investigator sites • Proactively identifies any potential issues and resolves or escalates as appropriate • Independently functions as the Project Lead for medical monitoring services • Manages project implementation, coordination, maintenance and close out of assigned studies as applicable • Serves as the primary point of contact for clinical project teams on studies • Creates and maintains medical management plan(s) on studies • Independently determines hours required for out of scope work for the teams • Attends meetings to discuss/justify the modification requirements • Resolves complex problems through in-depth evaluation of various factors and offers solutions

• Ensure all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements • Participate in and support department project teams • Coordinate or serve as a liason cross-functionally • Provide financial support to Project managers • Analyze data and manage budgets for the project teams • Maintain a traceability of finances associated with clinical trial projects performed by the department globally • Track indirect/pass through costs associated to clinical trial projects • Provide reports per project to manager summarizing financial status of each project • Prepare quotations/budgets for any unplanned/out of scope work • Complete initial resource allocations in the ERP system • Handle Centralized Processing of Purchase requisitions (PRs)
