AI HR Project Manager Apprentice

• Participate in HR artificial intelligence projects led by the HR department • Contribute to identifying and analyzing user needs • Participate in the preparation and facilitation of workshops with HR teams • Support users in discovering and adopting AI tools • Collect user feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of deployed solutions • Produce communication, awareness and training materials • Conduct research and benchmarking on AI uses in human resources • Participate in monitoring experiments and in showcasing the results obtained
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a second-year Master’s degree (Master 2) in Human Resources, Innovation Management, Information Systems, or Data Science
- Project management experience would be a plus
