• Assist in keeping projects moving to deliver better health and human services outcomes • Lead one or more large project management teams as they tackle technological programs • Spearhead project planning, tracking and oversight of assigned staff • Communicate with client, company and project team leadership to share project metrics • Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets and objectives • Actively project manage across non-direct reports, escalating risks and implementing mitigation solutions • Support growth by preparing detailed SOW and assisting with new proposal efforts

Job Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives
  • 3+ years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred
  • Expertise with project management methodology such as Catalyst or PMP
  • Modern understanding of budget development, control and assurance methods
  • Ability to lead and translate broader objectives into clear project scope and milestones
  • Strong executive presentation skills
  • Influential communication with project priorities to stakeholders
