Job Requirements
- Must have 3 – 5+ years’ experience in a project, operations, or service delivery environment.

- Experience troubleshooting and resolving operational, project-related, and escalated issues.
- Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong ability to analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP certification or an equivalent professional project management qualification is highly regarded.

Role Description The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of installation projects, ensuring delivery aligns with schedule, budget, scope, and quality expectations. This role plays a critical part in executing projects while continuously developing leadership, planning, and communication capabilities to support growth into more senior project leadership roles. Up to 50% travel within the US and Canada should be anticipated.
