Role Description The Electrical & Mechanical Estimator plays a critical role in supporting growth, profitability, and operational excellence by developing accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates for electrical and mechanical scopes of work. This position ensures that proposals reflect a complete understanding of project specifications, labor requirements, material pricing, and risk considerations. Acting as a key liaison between sales and operations, the role contributes to successful bid outcomes, strengthens client partnerships, and enables the delivery of safe, efficient, and profitable projects. Role Description This is a senior marketing leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with a dotted line to the head of enterprise sales. You will lead and grow the marketing team while collaborating with a fractional CMO who owns demand generation. Your mandate is the systems, brand infrastructure, and content engine that the rest of the go-to-market motion depends on. The company is a Delaware corporation that currently operates with remote teams distributed across the United States and Canada. They are a hard-charging startup that has raised $6.2M, grew to $1M in ARR in under one year, and has marquee clients around the globe including Kraken (US), Koho (Canada), and Viva (EU). Their product enables customers to invoke (or “hire”) agents that automate: - AML - Sanctions screening - Adverse media monitoring - KYC - Transaction screening and monitoring The solution combats revenue losses that result from high-friction customer onboarding and the rising costs of compliance missteps, allowing growing businesses to scale revenues rapidly without making compliance tradeoffs. The product is not versioned for customers, and the engineering team deploys daily. The company is led by an experienced founder who has raised more than $100M to date and has grown their last venture to a $1.5B valuation. Both the founder and CTO have led fintechs that required large compliance teams and have had outlier experience in the domain. As their founding forward deployed engineer, you'll be the first hire on a new team sitting at the intersection of the product and enterprise customers. You’ll split time between core product engineering and building within their customers’ environments. Success in this role means: - Understanding the customers’ data environments. - Deploying and configuring the platform. - Building custom integrations and workflows. - Ensuring the product delivers real, measurable value. This is not a sales engineering or solutions consulting role. You will write production code in the customer's environment, on their data with an expectation that ~80% of what you build merges back into the main platform. You will also heavily influence the product roadmap by serving as a critical feedback loop between customers and the internal product and engineering teams. Your opportunity Our client builds North America’s leading clinical practice software for mental healthcare providers. They are a mission-driven innovator rooted in research and building the tools to support the emergent clinical category they are creating. They currently serve >350 healthcare organizations and tens of thousands of clinicians delivering care in clinics, hospitals, campuses and workplaces. The company also serves regional health systems by providing population-level insights and bolsters continuity of care by making patient data on the platform portable to a variety of care providers and program administrators. The mission was inspired by personal experiences with the shortcomings and inconsistencies in mental healthcare practice and the founders are dedicated to improving the quality of care within these systems. The company is ~9 years old and recently closed its first lettered venture round of financing. Despite the capital injection the team is growing in line with revenue, and minimal reliance on outside capital. The current wave of hiring was unlocked by revenue and a large implementation that will roll out to millions of insurance plan members over the coming months. The company is ~80 total team members and as a analytics engineer, you will join an R&D organization of ~29 team members (with a data team of~5, ~7 in product and design, and ~17 in software engineering). The teams are organized into 5 cross-functional pods focusing on platform, core clinical solutions, data and AI platform, integrations, and population health. The data team that you will join works with highly privileged data and produce insights that meaningfully improve people’s health. They are a small, growing, remote-first team and successful data team members tend to be high ownership communicators who take initiative, clarify requirements, and work cross-functionally with a steady eye on high-level business requirements and constraints.
