Role Description Buscamos un/a Data Engineer Analyst apasionado/a por la precisión de los datos y los entornos de mercado para asumir el liderazgo del Mapper Engine y la parametrización de procesos críticos. - Liderar y gestionar la funcionalidad del Mapper Engine para la transformación eficiente de datos. - Ejecutar el mapeo y la transformación de datos de sensibilidades orientados al cálculo de VaR. - Parametrizar y optimizar procesos de negocio clave utilizando SQL. - Configurar y administrar la orquestación de procesos a través de Control-M. - Garantizar la máxima autonomía, calidad e iniciativa en la resolución de incidencias y entrega de soluciones. Qualifications - Al menos 3 años de experiencia acreditada como Analista de Datos o Data Engineer. - Experiencia demostrable en el ámbito de Riesgos de Mercado (mapeo y transformación para VaR). - Dominio avanzado de SQL para la parametrización y manipulación de estructuras de datos. - Manejo sólido de Control-M para la gestión de procesos. - Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1) y castellano fluido. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. • Liderar la investigación, validación y puesta en producción de modelos predictivos y de clasificación (regresión, clustering, inferencia causal, NLP). • Diseñar e implementar motores de decisión y sistemas de recomendación que soporten productos comerciales, de crédito y de experiencia del cliente en Tenpo. • Diseñar soluciones analíticas para mejorar el funnel de conversión de créditos, desde la prospección y originación hasta la retención. • Colaborar activamente con Marketing, Producto, Tecnología y Riesgo para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones de modelado concretas y asegurar su adopción efectiva. • Actuar como referente técnico del equipo de Data Science, revisando metodologías, validando implementaciones y contribuyendo al desarrollo de capacidades analíticas internas. • Mantener el 100% de los modelos en producción con documentación técnica completa y monitorear los tiempos de degradación dentro de los SLAs definidos.
