Job Description

Project Resource Coordinator

Bureau Veritas Group

• Scheduling activities for Asset Management or Transactional project protocols • Planning and implementing resource allocation for projects/programs • Analyzing and deploying the resource pool according to project needs • Communicating clearly with team members and client representatives • Managing internal and external field resource pools through a web-based project management system • Evaluating field capacity against forecasted resource needs • Analyzing project and program data to evaluate progress, delivery schedules, and potential challenges • Maintaining responsibility for Client Supplied Materials (CSM) by organizing valid documents • Assisting field and operations teams with administrative support throughout the project lifecycle

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field; minimum of one year of related experience
  • In lieu of degree, two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Proficient in operating a computer, having knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and project management software
