We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Temporary Accountant to join our finance team for a short-term assignment of 4–6 weeks. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience, be highly organized, and able to quickly adapt to existing systems and processes. This role provides support with daily accounting functions, month-end activities, and other financial reporting tasks. - Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements. - Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. - Support month-end and year-end close activities. - Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and procedures. - Assist in resolving account discrepancies and researching variances. - Support ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed. Qualifications - At least 3 years of accounting experience. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. Requirements - Ability to quickly adapt to existing systems and processes. Benefits - Salary: $24-28/hour.
