Role Description Direct and manage the operations of an Underwriting unit through the recruitment, selection, training, development, motivation, and salary administration of underwriter staff. Specifically, oversee/coordinate division workflow and manage Underwriting projects, customer service initiatives, work efforts and risk analysis of underwriters, with the goal of ensuring a customer-centered communication focus at the agency level. Participate, coordinate, or independently lead complex projects to include major system and process improvement initiatives in the Underwriting Department. Serve as communication liaison/resource, providing technical problem resolution with field management, agents, company management, other companies, and insurance departments regarding underwriting concerns and issues. Develop, implement, and monitor customer service standards for agency-level staff. Job Description ArSummary Design and develop curricula, learning pathways, and programs to support the Underwriting operations workforce. Develop stakeholder relationships and supports departmental learning projects aimed to improve overall business performance. Summary As part of the Family Office Services team, the Family Wealth Strategist is a highly dynamic and experienced professional with a Juris Doctor (JD) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation. The Family Wealth Strategist will serve as the Lead Advisor's counterpart providing consultative services complementing and extending the advisor's industry expertise. The individual will be responsible for designing and integrating a wide array of wealth management strategies and family office services to align a high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth family's financial capital with its values, long-term vision, and family dynamics for a seamless client experience. Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Drive the achievement of KPIs for the Financial Planning Consulting team with your assigned target audience. - Partner with Region leads and Assistant Director of Financial Planning and Consulting to ensure alignment of objectives and establish expectations for assigned offices and advisors. - Engage with advisors and staff through an inbound phone queue, virtually and in person to provide personalized coaching to master the software and the related processes (fact finding, plan build, plan presentation).
