This role is responsible for performing an analysis for the years 2018 to 2021 of American Indian and Alaska Native mortality in the assigned communities to determine the causes of death and the activities and circumstances leading to those deaths, identifying notable trends and potential insights for planning interventions. Responsible for performing asset mapping within the same assigned mortality review communities with detailed analysis of the entity-based service protocols, including integrated assessments and case management of clients, service agreements, and the history of service supply and service demand on protocols and their respective entities.
