• Support SLED GTM activities throughout the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation through order fulfillment • Prepare, review, and manage quotes, proposals, and bid responses (RFPs, RFQs, IFBs) in coordination with GTM, vendors, and partners • Ensure compliance with SLED procurement rules, contract vehicles (state contracts, cooperatives, GSA-like programs), and internal approval processes • Coordinate pricing, deal registration, and special bid requests with OEM and distributor partners • Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Track contract terms, expiration dates, funding timelines, and renewal opportunities • Serve as a liaison between GTM, finance, legal, and operations to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing • Assist with reporting for compliance requirements for various contract vehicles • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase GTM efficiency and compliance

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, or sales support—preferably within a VAR or technology reseller
  • Familiarity with SLED customers, procurement processes, or public sector contracting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM systems and quoting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with pricing, contracts, and compliance requirements.
