Role Description We are actively seeking a Technical Writer for one of our clients. - 3+ years experience working with developers facing platforms in a professional technical role - Technical writer, product manager, engineering, developer relations, solutions architect, or field/support engineering background - Good understanding of technical concepts like APIs and web applications; experience with GraphQL, JSON, and JavaScript is a bonus - Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities in our content strategy, execute new initiatives, and measure their success - Demonstrated strong technical writing skills (samples will be requested) - Technical project management skills and experience - Amazing interpersonal communication; ability to build relationships quickly and find successful outcomes across teams - Working knowledge of current DevOps tools and practices - Experience with Git and working in "Docs-as-Code" authoring environments Qualifications - Experience working with identity and access management (IAM) solutions or related technologies - Knowledge of Auth0 products and services - Familiarity with markdown, HTML, and other documentation formats - Experience with developer experience (DX) optimization - Background in UX writing or information architecture - Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure content performance - Experience with localization and internationalization of technical content - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders Requirements - Education: College Degree desired Benefits - Remote work opportunity

Role Description Science has an exciting opportunity for a News Writer Intern to join our News team. Reporting to the Online News Editor, you will become an active member of the news staff, reporting and writing for Science's daily online news site and Science Magazine. This is a full-time 6-month paid internship with benefits that runs from January through June of 2027. News Writer Interns will receive an hourly rate of $21.00. While we are open to candidates working remotely (in select states*), strong preference will be given to applicants who are willing to relocate to our Washington, DC office.
