• Monitor Salesforce error queues and exception-tracking objects. • Review and triage data-related issues impacting renewals and licensing processes. • Perform manual data corrections to ensure record accuracy and completeness. • Identify and remediate duplicate, missing, incomplete, and mismatched renewal records. • Maintain account alias mappings for customer-name variations and account matching. • Manage customer and billing-profile cleanup efforts across all Cprime accounts within Atlassian PPC. • Escalate confirmed system defects and complex issues to the Licensing Technical team with clear documentation. • Report on recurring issues, data cleanup progress, trends, and operational metrics. • Recommend process improvements that increase data accuracy and reduce manual effort.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Quality, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Salesforce data management, reporting, and record maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Track record of building executive-level relationships and influencing multiple stakeholders across business and technology organizations
