• Inbetriebnahme und Weiterentwicklung von Sonderanlagen im Bereich Dosiertechnik mit Schwerpunkt DACH und Europa • Nachträgliche Remote Betreuung der entsprechenden Anlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachfirmen • Steuerungstechnische Optimierung der Performance beim Kunden, unterstützende Beratungstätigkeiten • Übernahme von kleineren bis mittleren Projekten im entsprechenden Bereich • Unterstützung des Sales Teams bei spezifischen Kundenanforderungen, Ausarbeiten von Steuerungsdiagrammen und Prüfen von Spezifikationen • Erstellung von Lastenheften für Steuerungserweiterungen durch externe Partner • Durchführen von Abnahmen bei Lieferanten und Koordinieren von internen Versuchen zur Optimierung von Sonderanlagen • Test von Leihmaschinen nach Rücklauf vom Kunden (Sicherstellen der Einsatzfähigkeit)

• Responsible for field engineering support of all Precision Inc. products within the assigned territory and/or products including but not limited to technical product performance issues (SAR’s), product applications and gathering of technical data to quote and produce PPI-Global products. • Respond to customer needs within the assigned territory and/or product range. • The assigned territory will require a focus on Industrial and Heavy Mining Conveyor products. • Providing technical support services over the phone for the Sales Ops organization, especially while working in the home office when not traveling. • On site services include surveys, technical product information, conveyor design training, conveyor component training, problem solving, root cause analysis, and applications engineering. • Establish good communications and a working rapport with Product Engineering and the Territory Sales team to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered. • Demonstrate proficiency with the use of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Video Conferencing (Zoom and Teams) and email. • Be responsible for labor reporting when Precision Inc. will charge for field services, to include details of work performed, time required for completion and cost charged to the customer for said work. • Be responsible for adherence to all safety rules and guidelines as specified by Precision Inc and any facility being visited.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Follows complex defined test plans and datasheets utilizing a single technology with necessary support. - Evaluates test performance and sample operation to properly evaluate test results. - Records and explains test results and completes test report. - Serves as Project Lead for simple test programs as assigned. - Communicates project status and results as needed. - Holds responsibility for defining test plan, report completion and accuracy, meeting of agreed deadlines, and managing project related activities. - Examines complex customer samples and learns to operate appropriate tests for each Case. - Communicates with customers during setup and operation to ensure proper evaluation. - Understands and is able to explain specific test standards for scope of responsibility. - Directs, builds and/or adapts simple test setups and equipment to new situations, based on test plans and instructions from engineering. - Trains other lab staff on these test procedures or equipment. - Operates and maintains complex test equipment appropriately to measure and test customer samples. - Performs complex maintenance on designated test equipment and laboratory area. - For a single testing technology, integrates basic process and equipment improvements into all aspects of the job. - Communicates with management and technical staff to provide suggestions for new equipment, processes, and forms to improve accuracy and efficiencies. - Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. - Other duties as directed. QUALIFICATIONS - University Degree in Engineering (in related field of work) as well as 2 years Work Experience. - Or equivalent work experience. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service. - Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with Engineering and other Laboratory personnel to complete projects in a timely manner with high quality. - Demonstrated ability to analyze special testing needs. - Effective communication skills and ability to interact with customers - Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative Desire to work in a team-oriented environment. - Ability to use Microsoft Office suite is a must Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing. Role Description The Field Leader provides operational leadership and subject matter expertise for field investigation activities and contract-specific investigative requirements. This position oversees the day-to-day management of investigative personnel and Record Searchers while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, operational objectives, and contractual performance standards.
