Role Description The Record Searcher supports federal background investigations by conducting comprehensive record searches and compiling investigative information into Reports of Investigation (ROIs) in accordance with customer requirements, federal regulations, and contract standards. Role Description The Field Leader provides operational leadership and subject matter expertise for field investigation activities and contract-specific investigative requirements. This position is responsible for ensuring investigative reports and supporting documentation are reviewed in accordance with customer requirements, government regulations, and contract standards prior to submission. - Oversees reviewer assignments and monitors workload distribution. - Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensures the team meets quality, timeliness, and production objectives. - Identifies trends, recurring deficiencies, and process improvement opportunities. - Develops staff and drives accountability within the Review Team. - Ensures the Review Team serves as a trusted quality partner to Investigators and Record Searchers.
