Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
