Role Description This Regional Project Manager position is responsible for managing all aspects of multiple projects of a moderately complex nature and being the single point of contact for those projects. Responsibilities include: - Assembling the creative, digital and/or project team. - Assigning individual responsibilities and identifying appropriate resources needed. - Developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. - Creating detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, proposals, resource plans, and status reports. - Managing invoicing of projects. - Familiarity with project objectives and the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate activities. - Communicating with other Regional Project Managers and/or functional managers regarding project status. Key responsibilities include: - Creating and maintaining contact with regional team members. - Maintaining sales knowledge of monthly tracking of project revenue. - Maintaining project expectations. - Encouraging adherence to Practice procedures among team members. - Coordinating alignment with MM Communication Practice catalog. - Supporting the creative needs of graphic designers on the team. - Assisting with seminar, webinar, and onsite branch meeting preparations. - Completing all tasks within expected deadlines. - Communicating expectations to all involved parties to avoid confusion. - Performing other related duties and assignments as required. - Monitoring and supporting current communication processes for failures and irregularities. - Working closely with other project managers and creatives on customer and/or team-specific projects. - Preparing presentations by collecting and reviewing content that clearly supports the messaging as needed. - Maintaining industry knowledge by attending educational workshops or classes, reviewing related publications, and establishing networks. - Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects. - Coordinating with Sales Enablement as needed for RFP responses. - Providing technical guidance to other team members as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. - 3 years related experience. - Proven project management capability and experience. - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing skills. - Creative and technical copywriting and copy-editing experience. - Experience in proofreading. Role Description Lead UBC projects to deliver project milestones and deliverables. - Oversee and coordinate project-related activities, with direct responsibility for ongoing tracking, management and follow-up of tasks and deliverables. - Manage project per the Scope of Work (SOW) and within the contracted budget (including consulting agreements). - Serve as single point of contact for internal SERRM Scientists to facilitate consistent messaging to sponsors specifically for consulting services. - Ensure project is conducted according to UBC and Sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Serve as the UBC primary contact with Sponsor(s), including Project Management Office (PMO) projects representing Shared Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) consortiums comprised of multiple Sponsors. - Prepare or coordinate with an internal multidisciplinary team to develop deliverables. - Lead internal project and client meetings. - Present information at client meetings and internal project review meetings. - Track and communicate delivery and/or completion of project deliverables to monitor revenue recognition, invoicing, and follow-up. - Perform and catalog research, as assigned, related to current landscape of FDA approved products, related safety attributes, and regulatory process/nuances. - Support subject matter experts in the presentation of research to Sponsor(s). - As necessary, working after business hours and on weekends may be required to ensure critical deadlines are achieved (e.g., FDA submissions). - Other duties as assigned by management.
