• Architect Payor Integration Strategy: Lead and mentor a high-performing team to design and execute a comprehensive integration strategy for national and regional payors. • Own Payor Channel Activation and Growth: Be the accountable owner for growth through activation of our Payor Partner member base • Connect SonderMind’s Story to Payor’s Needs: Leverage your deep Payor experience to translate SonderMind’s AI-powered solutions into compelling ROI and clinical-utility stories for Payor Medical Directors and Actuaries. • Influence Product Roadmap: Serve as the "Voice of the Payor" internally, driving cross-functional alignment with Product, Clinical, and Engineering to ensure our digital solutions solve real-world payor pain points (e.g., network adequacy, HEDIS measures, total cost of care). • Drive Market Visibility: Represent SonderMind as a thought leader at national conferences (BHT, HLTH, AHIP), positioning the company as the premier partner for innovative behavioral health. • Playbook Development and Team Growth: Manage the payor enablement budget and develop the internal "playbook" for scaling enterprise accounts from implementation to long-term expansion while modeling what good looks like for your team • Data-Driven Decision Making: Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools to automate routine payor reporting and augment the team’s ability to generate data-driven clinical insights.
Job Requirements
- You have deep experience and relationships with Payors, including at least 7 years in high-level B2B health tech partnerships or value-based strategy.
- Proven track record of navigating the challenging Payor landscapes, complex organizations, and/or National Payors to close seven-figure, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Deep understanding and exposure of the payor landscape and dynamics
- Experienced in managing and scaling high-performing teams, with a focus on professional development and operational excellence.
- Successfully lead teams through major strategic pivots or organizational change.
- Confident communicator who can translate clinical value into business impact and business priorities into clinical strategy
- Comfortable stepping into an environment where processes and workflows are still being defined. Able to build the infrastructure and close deals at the same time

Role Description The purpose of the role within South Wales FA will be to ensure delivery of the key aims of the FAW strategy at a local level, to support the strategic planning within the Area Association and be part of the process to ensure they are a modern, diverse association working for the benefit of grassroots football.
