Content Manager
Dodge Construction Network
• Establish a systematic approach to identifying topics and thought leaders, internal and external, to deliver solution-oriented content and experiences for our ICP • Create goals and mechanisms for our thought leaders to be present in the right communities at the right time • Manage thought leaders against their engagement goals and remove friction from the process of growing their engagement • Create, and guide the creation of, content that ranks for SEO and AI Search • Own accountability for a monthly target of leads and engagements generated through content • Work closely with Performance Marketing to bring the content strategy to life and connect it to demand generation results • Work with our Events team and our Enterprise Sales team to align thought leaders to external speaking engagements, including events, peer groups, and customer calls • Identify and prioritize the speaking and community opportunities that will move the needle for the brand and pipeline • Track and report on content performance against lead, engagement, and SEO/AI Search visibility goals • Use performance data and qualitative feedback to continuously refine topics, formats, and channels • A documented thought leadership and content strategy is in place and adopted by internal and external contributors • 2x+ increase in SEO traffic and leads from content • Thought leaders' LinkedIn followers increase by 1k each • A consistent monthly content cadence is hitting agreed lead and engagement targets
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience, including managing a thought leadership program
- Proven track record producing SEO- and AI-Search-optimized content that generates measurable leads and engagement
- Experience in a data & analytics, SaaS, or technology company, ideally serving both SMB and enterprise audiences
- Skilled at coaching and enabling executives or subject-matter experts to show up effectively as thought leaders
- Comfortable working with data to prioritize topics, formats, and channels
- Strong writer and editor with excellent project management skills
- Experience partnering closely with Performance Marketing, Events, and Sales teams to align content to pipeline goals

Role Description CORE Learning is seeking a skilled and passionate content contributor to join our Product Development team as a Language and Literacy Content Specialist. In this role, you will write, edit, and refine research-based educational content for CORE's language and literacy products and professional development programs. Working under the direction of the Director of Product Production, you will contribute to projects that equip educators with the tools and knowledge to strengthen literacy outcomes for all students. This role requires both deep literacy expertise and demonstrated experience developing professional-grade content for educator audiences; candidates with only classroom teaching experience will not be a fit. Essential Responsibilities - Write, edit, and refine high-quality content for professional development programs in language and literacy, including digital and print resources. - Develop content that reflects adult learning principles and is engaging, culturally responsive, and accessible to a diverse educator audience. - Support the content development lifecycle from drafting through final delivery, meeting project deadlines and staying aligned with the product roadmap. - Research evidence-based practices, literacy standards, and emerging trends to ensure content remains relevant and research-aligned. - Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and product developers to align content with instructional objectives and educator needs. - Review and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency with CORE's quality and style standards. - Incorporate user feedback and direction from the Director to continuously improve content quality. - Contribute to a content development process that advances CORE's mission of equitable, accessible literacy education.
